From 1 September 2021 at the latest, all accommodation providers must have accommodation management software and a document reader capable of transmitting data to the VIZA system on a per-accommodation basis.
Encrypted transmission of scanned data can only be performed through approved accommodation management software.
The accommodation provider is obliged to record the personal data of the guest specified by law through the document reader part of the accommodation management software.
Data that the document reader cannot read or reads incorrectly is recorded by the accommodation provider in the accommodation management software by manual data entry.
The data is transferred to the VIZA system by the hosting sending module integrated in the accommodation management software.
